Refund Policy

The free plan exists so you can judge the patterns before paying for anything. If you paid and it still was not right, this is how refunds work.

Subscriptions

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, as long as you have used fewer than ten generations in that period. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not refund part-used periods.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days applies regardless of the above. Note that once you start generating patterns you are asking us to begin the service immediately, which can reduce what is refundable — we will always explain this before refusing a request.

Credit packs

Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. If part of a pack has been used, we refund the unused portion at the price you paid per credit.

When generation fails

If a generation fails or produces something unusable, the credit is returned automatically. If that did not happen, tell us and we will return it by hand. Credits spent on a pattern you simply did not like are not automatically refunded, but write to us — if the output was genuinely poor we will make it right.

Extended outages

If generation is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, ask us for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected days.

How to request a refund

Email support@amigurumigenerator.com from the address on the account, with the date of purchase and a sentence about what went wrong. We answer within three working days.

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Once approved, money usually arrives within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — it is faster, and almost every case is something we can simply fix. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it is resolved.
